RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that his Christmas/New Year’s Eve trip to Cabo San Lucas was a vodka-soaked bacchanal of pill-popping, punching walls, setting clothes on fire and worse! When a local tattoo artist was summoned to the house to ink up the star, Sheen’s wild lifestyle was certainly not hidden.  “Charlie is seen standing at the table… on the table are bottles of vodka, cigarettes strewn everywhere, a handful of Vicodins… He takes a few and chases it with vodka,” the source described.

Despite being in rehab while she was pregnant with twins Max and Bob and lost primary custody of them, Brooke Mueller was recently labeled a “saint” by Charlie.  “Even though Brooke doesn’t have legal custody of the boys, she does have the final say in allowing the boys to spend time with Charlie,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “She has permitted the boys to spend at least three days a week with their father, including at least one overnight visit. The visits always take place with a monitor present, at Charlie’s expense, to make sure everything goes smoothly.”

His own family wasn’t amused by his antics.  Charlie’s famous father Martin Sheen spoke out in 2011 to Radio 4′s Desert Island Discs and said his son needed “help and sympathy” during his public meltdown.

In 1990 Charlie allegedly and accidentally shot his then fiancée Kelly Preston, now John Travolta’s wife.  He told his version during his 2011 “Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option” tour, saying that she accidentally shot herself and that he wasn’t to blame.  They broke up after the incident. 

Charlie likes Lindsay Lohan.  The troubled starlet found herself in serious trouble with the IRS but after filming a bedroom scenes with him for SCREAM 5 Sheen gave Lohan a whopping $100,000 to pay off her debts. With her acting gigs slowly drying up that’s probably a cool $100k that Charlie will never see again.

But he told me he has to put on fake teeth for his show.”

 Massive amounts of cocaine were NO problem for Sheen while he was partying and he was never afraid of an overdose.  He bragged during a TV interview that during one week “I probably took more than anybody could survive . . . I was banging seven-gram rocks and finishing them because that’s how I roll. Dying’s for amateurs.”

Charlie has an “allergic reaction” to a hooker stealing his stuff.  Sheen went on a booze and coke fueled rampage at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in October 2010 after he said that a porn star named Christina Walsh/Capri Anderson took his wallet and expensive watch during a night of partying.  The room was in shambles and damages were reportedly in the neighborhood of $7,000. After the incident his rep, Stan Rosenfield, said his client had an allergic reaction to medication, just two months after he was released from rehab.  

Charlie has struggled for decades with addiction.  In 1998 he was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital after “consuming excessive amounts of drugs and alcohol,” according to CNN and his body apparently “gave out as a result of the drugs and alcohol he had consumed.”

Charlie’s wife Denise Richards actually filed for divorce from the star while she was pregnant with their second child. She accused him of “inappropriate behavior,” including trysts with prostitutes, gambling problems and substance abuse problems, claiming they could negatively impact their children’s’ daughters’ upbringing.

Charlie’s habit of paying for sex hit the news in 1995 when he admitted that he had used the services of Heidi Fleiss, the Hollywood madam, spending a whopping $50,000 for her call girls!

His relationship with Brooke Mueller was turned violent when he was arrested in Colorado on Christmas in 2009 after his then-wife told cops he threatened her with a knife.  He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor third-degree assault and spent 30 days in rehab, had domestic abused counseling and was placed on probation.

Charlie Sheen didn’t lie when he said he was clean back in 2011.  He took a drug test on camera with RadarOnline.com and an independent lab found Sheen’s blood and urine drug screenings were void for all illegal substances.  The actor sprung to his feet in victory and a round of applause from those pals watching alongside him.

Charlie Sheen is actually a grandfather.  His daughter, here with Martin Sheen, Cassandra Estevez, gave birth to a baby girl in July 2013.  Sheen reportedly gushed over baby Luna, saying: “It’s impossibly a most wondrous day. My bucket list is a thimble!”

Charlie actually sued Chuck Lorre, the creator of Two and a Half Men, after his own public meltdown, claiming he was a scapegoat in the situation.  “Defendant Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally devoid to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, Two And A Half Men in order to service his own ego and self interest, and make the star of the series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct,” the lawsuit claimed.

 Charlie railed against Chuck Lorrie in early 2011, blaming him for the problems on Two and a Half Men, saying he “violently hated” him and called him a “stupid, stupid little man and a p**sy punk that I’d never want to be like.”
