Going Strong! Brody Makes Red Carpet Debut With Josie 2 Months After Split From Kaitlynn

Brody Jenner is flaunting his new relationship after his recent split from Kaitlynn Carter.
This Wednesday, October 2, the Hills star made his red carpet debut with girlfriend Josie Canseco! The two looked loved-up as they posed for photos at Nights of the Jack’s Friends and Family VIP Preview Night at the King Gillette Ranch in Santa Monica.
Dressed in matching black outfits, the stars shared sweet PDA.
RadarOnline.com readers know Brody, 36, and Kaitlynn, 31, announced their separation this August, just one year after saying “I do,” in an intimate wedding in Indonesia.
“Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter have decided to amicably separate,” the pair’s reps, Scott Newman and Lindsay Maguire, told PEOPLE at the time. “They love and respect one another, and know that this is the best decision for their relationship moving forward.”
Despite their lavish wedding ceremony, Brody and Kaitlynn were never legally married, which is why their sudden breakup was much less messy than it could have been.
Days after her split from Brody, Kaitlynn was caught smooching Miley Cyrus on a yacht in Italy.
At that point, Brody threw shade at his ex with a comment on his Instagram.
“Watch out! Pic of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon,” he wrote to costar Brandon Thomas Lee.
Days later, however, Brody took to Instagram again to defend his ex, saying, “There is far too much negativity being directed at someone who I love and care about very much,” and adding that Kaitlynn “deserves to be able to move forward in her life with respect and happiness.”
At that point, Miley, 26, had also announced her sudden split from husband Liam Hemsworth.
Fans were shocked with the news, more so since the “Malibu” singer quickly began flaunting her romance with Kaitlynn. The two were spotted on various dates in California together, usually wearing matching outfits. They were even seen out at lunch with Miley’s mom, and were caught kissing and holding hands on several occasions. When it came time for Miley to perform at the MTV VMAs, Kaitlynn was right by her side.
This September, however, the two called it quits. Neither have publicly spoken of their breakup, but Radar readers know Miley is busy creating new music and dealing with her divorce from Liam, 29.
Moving On
While Brody and Josie, 22, have kept their relationship much more private, they’ve been spotted out and about various time since the reality star’s breakup from Kaitlynn.
