Plastic Palin! Bristol Received Liposuction, Botox & More Procedures, Top Docs Say

Bristol Palin has transformed over the years – and it appears it’s with the help of plastic surgeons! Top doctors reveal exclusively to RadarOnline.com that the new Teen Mom OG star might have gotten Botox, liposuction and more.

Palin, 27, was introduced to the spotlight when her mother Sarah ran for vice presidential candidate in 2008. Although she was pregnant at the time with her then-boyfriend Levi Johnston, she had a rounder face and a fuller figure.

Today, Palin looks drastically different! Dr. Darren Smith, who has not treated Palin, told RadarOnline.com she “has a much more defined lower facial third.” “While it's conceivable that weight loss has played a role, her chin and jawline are much more defined,” he said. “A chin implant and jawline liposuction would achieve such an effect. These can be performed as simple, in-office procedures, and do not necessarily even require general anesthesia.”

Dr. Manish Shah, who has also not treated Palin, agreed. “She has an incredibly sculpted neck that could be the result of the weight-loss, but it could also be the result of some skillfully performed liposuction or Kybella injections,” he explained. “Her chin appears smoother when she smiles and this could signify use of Botox or Dysport to soften her chin muscles.” He added the possible Botox or Dysport also appear to have made her jawline narrower.

Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc, who has not treated Palin, added, "I would lean more towards a combination of weight loss and injectables. Her chin is more pronounced than before and her jawline more defined, but other than that she just looks natural.”

Palin admitted to going under the knife back in December 2010. “I had corrective jaw surgery,” she told Us Weekly at the time. “It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons so my jaw and teeth could properly realign. It’s not plastic surgery.” In 2017, she opened up about her weight loss journey after welcoming daughter Atlee, 1. She is also mother to Sailor, 2, and Tripp, 9. “This postpartum weight loss journey has been TOUGH to say the least,” she posted on Instagram. “Consistency and hard work is paying off. Losing this weight has become so much less about the numbers on the scale and more about the feelings of confidence to step out of the comfort zones I can be so stuck in.”

Palin is replacing Farrah Abraham. Abraham, 27, was fired from the series because of her return to the adult film industry and harsh treatment of the crew. Abraham is known for her various plastic surgery procedures, which include three breast augmentations, a rhinoplasty, a chin implant and removal, vaginal rejuvenation procedures, and more.
