Brad Pitt, 54, is winning at life—and in the courtroom! Dapper in a light grey suit, dark grey cap and hippie satchel, the actor looked like the heartthrob we all know and love this past May 23 in L.A.
The actor—who’s maintained a low profile since his split from Jolie—looked to be in a joyful mood as he happily strutted out of his lawyer’s office after reaching a custody agreement with his ex.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Jolie, 43, has been filming Maleficent 2 in London, and was not hesitant to take all her six kids with her! She is often photographed with the children out in California and around the world, while Pitt rarely gets to see them. Plus, when he does get to spend time with them, it’s usually inside his home!
Pitt and Jolie have been battling a nasty divorce and custody battle since their sudden split on September 2016.
As RadarOnline.com readers recall, Jolie filed from divorce from Pitt after the actor reportedly got into a physical fight with son Maddox aboard a private jet.

Pitt later admitted that he had been partying a bit too hard, but immediately received treatment and got sober so he could keep seeing his children. While Jolie tried to argue that he was an unfit father, her case was quickly dismissed.
Now, a judge has ordered Jolie to let Pitt spend more time with his kids. If she refuses to do so, she could lose primary custody to the actor.
"It is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother," said Judge Ouderkirk. “If the minor children remain closed down to their father, and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with Jolie and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to Pitt.”
The judge told Jolie that she must give Pitt the kids’ cell phone numbers and allow them to speak on the phone without her monitoring their every conversation. She must also stop interfering during her children’s alone time with their dad.
Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, Knox, 9, and Vivienne, 9, have been stationed in London as their mother films Maleficent 2, but will have regular visits with Pitt while abroad. They will later fly back to spend a great part of the summer in L.A. with their famous father.
A spokesperson for Jolie responded to the ruling: “This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children. From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs, which is why it was so important that this last court hearing be conducted privately. It’s deplorable that someone, for their own selfish reasons, leaked selective portions of the confidential and sealed court record to create an inaccurate and unfair picture of what is really happening.” Will Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally get along following their nasty custody battle?
