Pitt wore a designer grey suit, with white shirt, black shoes and cap as he left the office in Los Angeles.
He also carried a knitted bag with documents after he reportedly met up with his legal team.
It has been reported that Jolie wants to take their kids to London this summer while she films the sequel to ‘Maleficient’.
But Pitt wants to spend time with them over the summer and has blocked her from taking them for a prolonged period of time.
To make matters more complicated he is still dating his new girlfriend MIT professor Neri Oxman which is not pleasing Jolie.
Jolie is upset that she hasn't received a go-ahead to bring their six kids - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and twins Vivienne and Knox, nine - to England amid her ongoing divorce discussions with Pitt.
A source reveals: “'Brad will be filming in LA for the summer and wants to see the kids on his regular custody schedule. “He's not OK with his kids being away for months. He feels that Los Angeles is their home base and this is where it is best for them to be.”
