The business mogul has many plans for renovations.

"I have a new apartment, and there are decisions to be made, there's a ton of work to do, and I need to be able to bust my contractor's nuts," she said of the undertaking.

The 2,392 square-foot apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a sunken living room with 14-foot ceilings, as well as a large fireplace.

Frankel will also enjoy a beautiful rooftop deck.

The Skinnygirl founder brought along her designer, Aaron Kirsten, for a second opinion on her plans.
