After undergoing dental surgery this Wednesday, he drove back home with two large cotton balls in his mouth.
He seemed to be in much pain as he was confronted by photographers.
Shocking images of his crunched-up face made fans wonder how the sober actor — who has long struggled with addiction — is dealing with his tooth pain.
