Becca Kufrin and her suitors could be in danger. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal contestant Alex Templeman is currently being sued for battery after a brutal fight left one man with two black eyes. WARNING: GRAPHIC PHOTOS
In court papers obtained from Dekalb County Court in Georgia, Salvatore Nappo is accusing Templeman of "committing an unprovoked physical attack on the plaintiff with his fists, therefore committing battery" on July 3, 2017. Templeman's actions were described as "premeditated, malicious, vindictive and intentional."
The Plaintiff claimed he suffered "serious and extensive bodily injury for which he incurred medical expenses." Nappo is asking for $2.5 million.
Templeman denied the claims against him in his response to the complaint. He explained how he was acting in self-defense based upon a "reasonable fear for his own safety." He claimed to have taken "reasonable force under the circumstances to protect himself." He asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit against him.
RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained photos from Nappo's lawyer William Payne of the alleged beat down. In the photos, Nappo could be seen with two black eyes.
Nappo's lawyer told RadarOnline.com of the alleged attack, "Templeman and Nappo belong to a circle of friends. He was making derogatory comments to him over text and then he brutally assaulted him."

He continued, "Templeman dated a woman Nappo was friends with. He got mad about that. He got the hell beat out of him. He busted open his eye socket, leaving it fractured. His nose was busted up pretty bad."
Although the lawyer has never met Nappo, he claimed he has a "serious anger management problem." "He has loose screws up top," he said. "I wouldn't want to be around him!"
In text messages obtained from Payne, Templeman allegedly told a friend, "My house f**king balling. Worth a lot more than yours so degenerate that." When the friend responded, "Oh dear a little feisty tonight," Templeman wrote back of Nappo, "Only degenerate I know of is the biggest f**k boy in ATL and scumbag. Your boy."
He continued, "Maybe we can be pals now unless Sal going to brain wash you some more. All I hear is that f**k face bad mouthing me 24/7. Then he comes to my house and to my face acts like my best friend." When the friend asked why he hates Nappo, he responded, "Bc he's a scumbag. Out for himself. After about a year of hanging out with him I've thrown in the towel."
The case is still pending. The Bachelorette airs on Monday, May 28 on ABC.
