Weiner is reportedly under investigation from the Administration for Children's Services after taking the inappropriate snaps with his son. Now he is facing a potential charge of breaking a law that states it is illegal "to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for purposes of producing visual depictions of that conduct," which carries a maximum 30-year prison sentence, The Daily News reported.
