Amber Portwood launched online clothing store Forever Haute back in 2016. The site has been down for months, but is the business over for good? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal if the Teen Mom OG star’s company has been shut down!
According to Indiana.Gov Business Entity Search, Forever Haute, which was created in September 2016, is pending admin dissolution.
“The business entity report was due in September 2018,” a clerk told RadarOnline.com. “It’s pending admin dissolution. If the report is not filed, the business would no longer be in good standing with Indiana. It would be a non-active business.”
Fortunately for fans, a source close to Portwood, 28, exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that Forever Haute is re-launching!
“It is not being dissolved on purpose,” the insider told RadarOnline.com. “She is definitely re-launching soon!”
Forever Haute was created in September 2016.

Portwood starting the business has been a storyline on previous episodes of Teen Mom OG.
In one scene, Portwood and her ex Matt Baier held a model casting for the line.
Portwood even planned to venture out into makeup. But the expansion was stalled when she split from Baier. She then moved on to boyfriend Andrew Glennon and welcomed their son James.
The re-launch could fix issues the business faced in the past.
At the time of the launch, disgruntled customers complained about the company’s return policy.
Customers also accused Portwood of purchasing dresses from other sites and re-selling them for a higher amount. She denied the claims at the time, saying the accusations are “illegal.”
