Back On! ‘90 Day Fiancé’ Stars Ashley & Jay Spotted Together After Cheating Scandals

Ashley Martson’s honeymoon stage with Jay Smith didn’t last long when she busted him on hookup app Tinder only ONE day after their Las Vegas wedding on 90 Day Fiancé. After Ashley filed for divorce, she withdrew the petition. Now, the pair has been spotted together on a New York City getaway!
Ashley, 32, and Jay, 20, were all smiles outside of a New York City Starbucks on Thursday, February 7.
Ashley, who was recently hospitalized because of her battle with Lupus, appeared happy and healthy with her husband by her side.
The couple’s relationship has been a messy one. On 90 Day Fiancé, Ashley caught Jay on Tinder. On the reunion special, they were on the outs.
But Smith claimed Ashley was the unfaithful one. "Fyi: for everyone coming at me. I wasn't the only one who was 'talking' aka 'cheating' with other people during our relationship/marriage," he wrote on his story in December 2018.
Ashley filed for divorce from Smith in January after 8 months of marriage. Two days later, she was hospitalized for kidney failure. She revealed she will "begin dialysis shortly." Jay was by her side at the hospital.

Less than two weeks after filing for divorce, Ashley withdrew her petition, Us Weekly confirmed with the Cumberland County clerk of court.
