Charges were dropped against 90 Day Fiance star Larisssa Dos Santos Lima following her shocking domestic battery arrest RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
Colt Johnson’s secret wife was arrested on November 10, 2018 in Las Vegas and charged with misdemeanor battery after an altercation at their home but the Clark County DA confirmed to RadarOnline.com that after a hearing on Tuesday the “case was denied,” and that they were not pursing charges against her.
According to online records, Dos Santos Lima’s $1,000 bond was “exonerated,” or dismissed, as well.
The reality show stars tied the knot in June, months before her shocking arrest, but tried to keep the nuptials secret.
Shortly before she was arrested, she changed her Instagram handle to @helpmeimwithoutphone and posted, “Help me… He turned off hide my phone help me he wants to call the police help me.”
Johnson later posted an update on her page, writing: “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and severe depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist.”
He explained that he “proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to defuse the situation,” but instead it “escalated and matters became worse.”
“The police interviewed us but not long after they decided to arrest Larissa,” he wrote. “No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. However it is policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested.”
Dos Santos Lima was also arrested on domestic violence charges last June.
A month later, in July, she appeared before the court and pleaded not guilty. A bench trial was set for October, but prosecutors eventually dismissed the case.
