Last month, the model said she met Tristan in November and claimed they had a fling behind Khloé's back earlier this year. Sydney alleged Tristan told her he was single and that Khloé wasn't his "type."

She also alleged he contacted her the day after his daughter with Khloé's third birthday. 

While Khloé's life might be falling apart, Sydney Chase is thriving.
