Tristan fiercely fought back against Sydney's claims that he cheated on Khloé with her earlier this year.
His lawyer tried to shut her down with a cease and desist, something she alleged she didn't get initially.
The Boston Celtics player's attorney went as far as calling Sydney a "liar."
In the letter, he said her cheating accusations were "malicious defamatory fabrications," adding, "Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever and he never sent you any such texts."
He continued by claiming Sydney can't prove anything because nothing between the two happened.
"It is obvious that you are a liar," he wrote.
Ending the fiery legal letter, Tristan's attorney warned the model that if she didn't quit talking about his client, Khloé Kardashian's baby daddy is going to sue.
Khloé seemingly broke her silence following the allegations and even allegedly reached out to Sydney via DM.
