Sydney Chase is fighting back, speaking out moments after reports circulated saying Tristan sent her a cease and desist from his lawyer permitting her from talking about their alleged hookup.
Denying said letter exists, the 23-year-old model took to her social media to stand up for herself.
"I have not received a cease & desist from anyone," Sydney wrote on her Instagram Story Tuesday. "The articles are giving false information."
Despite Tristan being connected to the KarJenner brand, his alleged hookup said she wasn't scared.
"Let this be a lesson to not let anyone no matter the money or fame they have, to shut you down or tarnish your name," she added.
According to reports, Sydney Chase received a cease and desist from Tristan's attorney Marty Singer calling the model a "liar" and threatening a lawsuit if she continues to address the alleged cheating allegations.
Singer allegedly called Sydney's claims "malicious defamatory fabrications" and claimed she had no proof to back it up because "Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever."
Sydney made headlines last month when she accused Tristan of cheating with her on Khloé earlier this year. According to the model, they met in November but hooked up at some point this year while he was dating Khloé. The model says that Tristan told her he was single and his baby mama wasn't "his type."
Sydney also alleges that Tristan reached out to her on April 13 -- the day after his daughter with Khloé's birthday -- when he was in Boston.
Radar told you first, the young model even landed her own reality show after coming clean about the alleged cheating scandal.
This is the first time we've heard Tristan's side of the story but that didn't stop Khloé from allegedly sliding into Sydney's DMs.
While Khloé has shared cryptic posts since the allegations were made public, she raised eyebrows when she promoted a KUWTK clip while FaceTiming Tristan.
In the promo, Tristan is seen on the phone with his baby mama telling her "I miss you" while discussing Khloé and True potentially coming out to Boston, the site where some of his reported conversations with Sydney took place.
