Not only does it come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, but also an additional guest house that has a bath.

Gone are the days of staying in a low-budget hotel and RV, Daily Mail reported. Her current place features a large pool with a patio and outdoor entertaining space.

Plus, cooking will be much easier now that she has a full-scale kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space.

It cost the Mystery Girls star a pretty penny to secure as the place in Woodland Hills came with a $19,000 security deposit.

Some fans wonder if she agreed to get financial assistance from her mother, Candy Spelling, who offered amid her reported money issues.

RadarOnline.com has reached out to reps for Tori and Candy for comment.

Spelling previously said the family had to move out of their rental home because of a "mold situation," but insiders claimed that she was also in a rut financially.

"The mold situation [at her house] is real, but it has been difficult for her to find a place to stay during it because her financial situation is not great," said a source.
