Scott Disick has hashed out a deal with a paparazzi agency who slapped him with a federal lawsuit to avoid a costly court trial.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the 38-year-old one-time reality star has informed the court of a settlement with a popular Hollywood-based photo company.
The filing states the parties have executed the deal that will resolve the matter completely. The agreement states the agency “anticipates performance within 45 days” meaning Disick is likely making a payment.
Once the “performance” is made, the lawsuit will be dismissed completely.
In court, the agency said Disick didn’t only post one, but he stole a bunch of different photos. The images in question showed the former Keeping Up with The Kardashian star talking on a cell phone, doing tricks on a jet ski, and hanging out on the beach.
The agency also took issue with the reality star using a photo of Joe Jonas that they took. They claim he used the photo to promote his fashion line — which they had a problem with since they weren’t paid a dime.

"Mr. Disick’s Instagram posts made the Photographs immediately available to his nearly 25 million followers and to the public, including consumers of entertainment news—and especially news and images of Mr. Disick himself, as evidenced by their status as Instagram followers of him—who would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the Photographs in the magazines, newspapers, and online publications," the suit read.
The settlement means Disick can avoid paying a ton of lawyers to defend himself and won't have to testify in front of a juror.
Disick can breathe a little easier and can focus all of his attention on trying to contain his jealously over his ex — and the mother to his children — Kourtney Kardashian's engagement to Travis Barker.
