Fowler — who originally filed to end her marriage to the singer of Make You Miss Me on February 18th — accuses Hunt of adultery in her divorce filings. Fowler appeared to have a change of heart later that day after news broke that she had lifted the petition. One document read that the filing was "voluntarily nonsuited without prejudices."
Hunt's ex is NOT however reconciling with the alleged cheater because it had turned out the reason she had to withdraw her initial divorce plea was that she had filed it in the wrong county.
TMZ reports that her lawyers filed and then must have realized "the jurisdiction was wrong" and had to pull the original petition. Her lawyers then soon after re-applied, this time with the correct information in a nearby county in Nashville.
The 37-year-old country music singer was lambasted by fans on social media after his wife told the divorce court that he was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct." In other terms, she's accusing him of cheating on her.
No details have come out on when or who Hunt allegedly cheated, but his now pregnant ex isn't having anything to do with him moving forward.
Hunt paid tribute to his wife just last year sharing two side-by-side photos on Instagram writing "How it started. How it's going. Happy Anniversary!"
Hunt had been with Fowler for over 5 years after meeting each other at one of Hunt's football games at University of Alabama when he was playing as a quarterback.
The two stuck together through his rise in fame but like the singer would go on to sing in one of his own songs "Breaking Up Was Easier In The 90s"
