RJ Mitte's mother has spoken about the unanswered questions surrounding her son's reported suicide, revealing the Breaking Bad actor appeared to be thriving professionally and was receiving encouragement to seek mental health support before his unexpected death, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Her comments have shrouded his mysterious death, as several insiders, along with his mom, say he appeared happy before his shocking passing.

The actor, best known for playing Walter White Jr. alongside Bryan Cranston in acclaimed AMC drama Breaking Bad, died earlier this month at the age of 34.
His mother, Dyna Mitte, has now described the circumstances surrounding the tragedy, saying the family had recognized concerns about his emotional well-being – but had not anticipated his death.
Speaking in an interview, Dyna said: "It was more about the conversations we were having (about him) – not just with me, but with his team and friends."
She added: "There were concerns. That's why I encouraged him to talk to a counsellor... I told him to talk to a therapist and share his feelings and how he saw things."
Her account raises questions about the private difficulties Mitte may have experienced despite his apparent professional success and the support of those closest to him.
Mother Rejects Career Struggles Behind R.J. Mitte's Death
Dyna Mitte revealed she encouraged her son to speak with a therapist.
Dyna also rejected suggestions that financial difficulties or a declining acting career had contributed to his reported death.
She said: "I know there's been some speculation that his career had taken a dive or this and that. And honestly, I want to straighten that out right now."
The star, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at three, is said to have secured several upcoming film projects and was pursuing business ventures outside Hollywood.
His mother added: "Of course, COVID made things kind of slow, but things picked back up. But honestly, R.J. had three movies that have already come out this year. He has two more coming out. He has already signed deals on several new movies that he was going to be filming."
She went on: "There were talks of different things. He had a book coming out. He had a food truck he was starting. He had a lot going on."
Addressing speculation about a previous financial dispute between Mitte and his management, Dyna insisted the matter had been resolved years earlier and was unrelated to the circumstances surrounding her son's reported death.

R.J. Mitte's mother rejected claims that his acting career had declined.
She suggested he may have experienced a period of acute emotional distress, although she acknowledged she could not explain precisely what had happened before his death.
Dyna said: "When something is tormenting you – whether it's for an hour, a day, a week or a month – I think people can have weak moments. I believe that's what happened in this case."
She added: "That doesn't mean he hadn't been having personal struggles. He had been opening up to me, to his sister, to family members and to people on his team."
"I don't know what else to say other than that it wasn't something we expected," Dyna noted.

A memorial ceremony was held in tribute to Mitte at the Mitte Center in Brownsville, Texas, on October 16.
Cranston, 70, described himself as being "in deep despair" following the news, while his fellow Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul, 47, paid an emotional tribute to their former co-star.
Paul said: "I am at a loss. I am heartbroken over this news. RJ, I love you my friend. You will be missed."
A source told us about the impact of Mitte's mother's new remarks: "The biggest question for everyone is why this happened when RJ seemed to have so much to look forward to. People around him believed he was happy, his career was moving forward, and he had exciting plans for the future. That is what makes it so difficult to understand, and it is why mystery has exploded around the circumstances of his death.
"Nobody is saying RJ didn't have private struggles, but there was no sense among his friends that something like this was about to happen. He seemed positive about the future. Everyone is struggling to reconcile the person they thought was doing well with what has reportedly happened."
The insider noted, "There has been speculation about his career, but the projects he had lined up tell a very different story. He was working, making plans and looking at new opportunities. The mystery is what he was going through privately, because professionally there appeared to be plenty of reasons for optimism.
"His mother has made it clear there were concerns and that she encouraged RJ to seek help. What is so heartbreaking is that the family knew he had things on his mind but never imagined they might lose him. They are now left with questions they may never be able to answer.
"People keep asking how someone who seemed happy and had so much ahead of him could have been experiencing such distress."
"But appearances don't necessarily tell you what somebody is feeling," the source added.
"Those closest to RJ are trying to make sense of something they never expected, but the fact remains that his apparent happiness before he died has caused a dramatic amount of mystery of why he ended up the way he did."
