'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne's $13 Million Mansion Hits The Market In Attempt To Pay Off Estranged Husband’s Massive Debt
Erika Jayne's stunning mansion has officially hit the market!
The 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is selling the sprawling 10,277-square-foot mansion she once lived in with her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom home was believed to be worth $16 million but it's now listed $3 million under its value.
The sale comes as Girardi was forced into involuntary bankruptcy following accusations he embezzled millions from former clients.
Erika moved out of the Gotti-style mansion earlier this year and was forced to downsize to a $1.5 million rental.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com last month, the trustee presiding over Girardi's Chapter 7 received approval from the federal bankruptcy judge to hire a real estate agent from Compass.
Erika's estranged husband currently lives in the mansion but will be SOL soon because RadarOnline.com has learned the trustee will sell the home to the highest bidder.
Once the sale is finalized, the judge ordered Girardi to vacate the home within 15 days.
RHOBH fans will recall seeing the over-the-top home with his on-site chapel on the hit Bravo show.

Prior to her divorce, Erika Jayne was dragged into her estranged husband's financial mess. In 2020, the duo was sued for allegedly embezzling millions meant for his former clients.
A lawsuit filed against the estranged couple said Girardi diverted settlement money, meant for orphans of plane crash victims, and used it to fund his lavish lifestyle with the RHOBH star.
Since she pulled the trigger and filed for divorce, several other accusations regarding money have circulated around Girardi.
Most recently, he was accused of stiffing a burn victim out of $11 million.
Girardi was forced into bankruptcy after his creditors accused him of refusing to pay his bills.
As for Erika, she has remained tight-lipped about her estranged husband's financial problems but that could all change once the new season of RHOBH airs.
Erika filed for divorce in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage, making this her first season on the Bravo show as a single lady.
