Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has wriggled out of the doghouse with actress-wife Cheryl Hines following his alleged digital dalliance with journalist Olivia Nuzzi – but pals fear the Curb Your Enthusiasm alum may end up with a broken heart, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary, 72, and Hines, 60, who got hitched in 2014, were reportedly spotted looking smitten in Serbia.
Affection Fuels Affair Speculation
Cheryl Hines and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. were reportedly seen kissing and holding hands in Belgrade.
"They were holding hands and kissing while touring Belgrade," said a source. "They were super affectionate with each other. He had his arm around her and at one point kissed her. They acted like a teenage couple in love, with all his sexting scandals clearly in the rearview mirror."
Nuzzi has insisted her relationship with RFK Jr. never became physical, but copped to her communications with the onetime "source" turning "personal."
A rep for RFK Jr. maintained the politician met Nuzzi only once for an interview she requested, yet affair rumors have persisted.

Now, an insider told RadarOnline.com, "At the end of the day, he completely betrayed Cheryl – no matter how you cut it. Her friends are not ready to let him off the hook for that. They'll never forget the misery he put her through.
"It's lovely to see her smiling again, and she's assuring everyone he's changed, that she trusts him completely and they don't need to worry, but the people closest to her think she's looking at all this through rose-colored glasses and trying to push reality to one side."

Friends reportedly fear Hines is overlooking concerns about RFK Jr.'s behavior.
The insider added: "They're hearing all these promises he's making, and yes, he does seem far more attentive and devoted, probably because it gave him the fright of his life when Cheryl was ready to walk away. But there really weren't any lasting consequences for what happened, so people keep asking how motivated he really is to change.
"They feel like she's letting him off way too lightly, but Cheryl won't listen to reason, she's completely under his spell and anyone that speaks ill of him ends up in her bad books, so there's not a lot anyone can do."
