New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Allegedly 'Tapped' One State Employee's Butt Twice During Meet-And-Greet, Read The Accuser's Shocking Email
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo reportedly put his hands on a state employee's butt and "tapped" it twice.
According to a bombshell email obtained by RadarOnline.com, an unidentified state entity employee complained in writing about the governor's "inappropriate touching" in 2019.
The correspondence was part of Attorney General Letitia James' investigation into Cuomo.
As RadarOnline.com reported, James' 165-page report -- which was released on Tuesday -- alleges the Democratic governor sexually harassed multiple women and even retaliated against one former employee who complained about his behavior.
In a heavily-redacted email from September 2019 titled, "Governor Cuomo Inappropriate Touching," the unidentified accuser recalls meeting Cuomo during an event in NYC.
The state employee -- who was at the event with their boss -- claims Cuomo suggested the trio take a photo together.
The accuser alleges things took a dark turn after they snapped the pic.
According to the email, the staffer said, "Governor Cuomo tapped my butt cheek two times (to [sic] quick pats) with what felt like the palm of his hand."

"I was very surprised and so I made a few steps forward with my boss," the employee writes, revealing they immediately told their superior "that Governor Cuomo patted my butt."
The accuser's boss allegedly "looked confused," so the staffer repeated the accusation.
"I then felt a lot of emotions around Cuomo's inappropriate touching of my body, mostly shock and anger," the email reads.
"I didn't say anything further about his touching," the unidentified state employee adds.
As RadarOnline.com reported, James' explosive report outlined several complaints made against Cuomo, which included allegations of groping, kissing, nonconsensual touching, and sexual comments.
In another 2019 complaint, an executive assistant claimed Cuomo would give "intimate hugs; kisses on the cheeks, forehead, and at least one kiss on the lips."
James' report also highlights an allegation that the governor often partook in "touching and grabbing of Executive Assistant #1’s butt during hugs and, on one occasion, while taking selfies with him."
Charlotte Bennett --- who came forward with sexual harassment allegations against Cuomo -- is demanding the governor resigns following the completion of James' findings.
