Meghan Markle is lining up a shock acting return in a violent Netflix crime series made by Guy Ritchie, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The former Suits star, who quit acting eight years ago, is in advanced talks for the role in The Gentlemen, ahead of filming for the third series.
Meghan Markle Lined Up to Play The 'Ultimate Temptress'

Markle is 'very excited' about her potential new role.
Insiders claim the role would see Markle play the "ultimate temptress" in the dark comedy, and she's reportedly "very excited" about the opportunity.
The 44-year-old's ambition to kick-start her acting career is also believed to have contributed to Markle's decision to move back to the U.K. with husband Prince Harry.
A source told The Sun: "The gossip in TV circles is that Meghan could play the ultimate temptress, who puts the cat among the pigeons by seducing an aristocrat.
"The Gentlemen would be perfect for her as it's a big-budget, glossy production which is quintessentially British. But because it is on Netflix, that gives it a huge global audience. In fact, it is one of the streaming giant’s biggest hits of recent years."
Meghan Markle Could Star Alongside James Bond Favorite

'The Gentlemen' star Theo James is a frontrunner to be new 007.
The insider continued, "It would see her star opposite Theo James, who plays Eddie, and he is one of the frontrunners to be the new James Bond.
"Everything about the project screams quality, but it is also one with a bit of an edge too."
The Gentlemen stars Theo James as Eddie Horniman, the 13th Duke of Halstead, who inherits the family’s country house and partners with a crime boss to turn it into an underground cannabis farm.
The show premiered on March 7, 2024, with Season 2 dropping on Netflix on September 3, following a successful first series.
Meghan Markle Hoping For An Upturn in Fortunes

The Duchess suffered a series of flops since quitting royal duties.
Markle will be hoping for success in her career following a series of flops since quitting royal duties and moving to the U.S. in 2020.
According to sources, her American dream was "shattered" thanks to abandoned projects and diminished Hollywood momentum.
"When Harry and Meghan first arrived in California, there was a genuine belief that they could translate their royal profile into something enormous in entertainment and become completely self-sufficient on their own terms," the insider claimed.
"They had extraordinary deals, access to virtually anyone in Hollywood, and a level of global attention that very few people could command. Six years later, the landscape looks dramatically different, and their American dream essentially lies shattered."

Markle and Prince Harry's Hollywood star has faded in recent years.
The source claimed, "There have obviously been projects that performed well, particularly when Harry and Meghan themselves or their experiences within the Royal Family were at the center of them.
"But there have also been numerous ideas that were canceled, quietly disappeared, or failed to generate anything close to the impact people originally expected. Some major partnerships have ended, and the sense that Hollywood was falling over itself to work with them has undoubtedly faded."
They noted, "In that respect, the American dream they arrived with had already been badly damaged before this decision about Britain was made. California offered them freedom, financial independence and distance from the monarchy, but it hasn't ultimately provided the completely new life and lasting media empire they once appeared determined to create."
