The actress sued Cynthia Pett-Dante for $5 million after claiming the Malibu home she bought from the Hollywood bigwig in May 2016 was riddled with issues, including mold that allegedly affected Fox's health.

Green's estranged wife said the "moldy mansion" gave her "chronic migraines" and "constant stress."

However, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Fox's ex "happily" lives in the home, where he and their three children — 8-year-old Noah, 7-year-old Bodhi, and 5-year-old Journe — have remained throughout her court proceedings.

While Fox bravely stepped back into the spotlight Sunday, Green was photographed looking as healthy as an ox during a trip to Disneyland with his girlfriend of several months, Sharna Burgess.
