Brian Austin Green is living his best life and looks happy as can be after his estranged wife Megan Fox lost her lawsuit about his "moldy" Malibu mansion.
The 48-year-old actor was spotted flashing his pearly whites with his girlfriend, Sharna Burgess, in his first sighting since Fox took a major hit in court.
Green couldn't wipe the smile off his face over the weekend, just days after his ex walked away with a measly $100,000 instead of the $5 million she wanted from Brad Pitt's longtime manager Cynthia Pett-Dante.
A judge ruled in Pett-Dante's favor after the Transformers actress claimed the Malibu home she bought was riddled with issues, including mold that allegedly affected her health.
RadarOnline.com exclusively learned this is the same home that Green has been "happily" living in with the three children — 8-year-old Noah, 7-year-old Bodhi, and 5-year-old Journey — that he shares with Fox.
While the $3.3 million home may not have been up to par for his ex, Green appeared healthy as an ox with Sharna just days after Fox took the L.
Putting on a brave maskless face, Green was spotted holding hands with his girlfriend of several months while strolling around Disneyland on Sunday.
Posting several photos to social media, the actor tagged the couple at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. He kept it casual in a black t-shirt and jeans while taking in the sights. Sharna's look was laid back too. The Dancing With The Stars pro rocked a tied-up white tee to flaunt her killer body.
Not only did Green look fine and fit, so did Sharna, who spends plenty of time at his Malibu residence.
Fox, who purchased the property from Pett-Dante in May 2016, sued the Hollywood manager, claiming the "moldy mansion" gave her "chronic migraines" and "constant stress."
She also alleged she had to fork over $500,000 worth of remedial work.
During her deposition, she even admitted to ignoring important paperwork and emails involving the home, stating, "I pay other people to read them and tell me what's in them and advise me."
However, it was revealed Fox even ignored her real estate lawyer's advice when he warned her the purchase was "ill-advised and risky."
The judge ended up siding with Pett-Dante, who offered Fox $100,000 to settle the dispute.
