Kyle Richards & Husband Mauricio Increase Asking Price On Bel-Air Mansion To $6.5 Million, Same Home Sutton Stracke Almost Burned Down
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her real estate mogul husband Mauricio Umansky have decided to increase the asking price on their Bel-Air mansion despite the pad sitting on the market for months.
According to Relator.com, the couple is now asking for $6,495,000 for their 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom, 6,229 sq. ft. mansion featured on many seasons of the Bravo show.
The reality stars have been struggling to sell the pad for years with the property on and off the market. They originally purchased the home for $3 million back in 2011. They hired friend Faye Resnick to do an overhaul of the interior and then put it back on the market.
They first tried to unload the home for $7 million in 2017. The following year, they tried to rent it out for $40k a month and even lowered the price down to $6 million at one point.
Last year, Kyle allowed her RHOBH costar Sutton Stracke to rent the home since they couldn't find a buyer. The home almost caught fire with Stracke inside after a fireplace mishap.

During the reunion, Kyle told Andy Cohen, "[Sutton] was a great tenant, although she did almost burn my house down. They just did like a walk-through and they're like, 'Um, the house was almost burned down.'"
After Sutton moved out, Kyle & Mauricio relisted the home for $6,750,000. They removed the listing a month later and then put it back up for $6.229 million. They proceeded to slash the price down to $5,695,000 in October but now have increased the price to $6,495,000.
The property listing reveals the property includes a "theater, office, pool, multi-purpose sports court, putting green, grassy lawn, and multiple areas for gathering." The home was designed to have every living space "warmed by a gorgeous fireplace" while other amenities include a homely bar, lovely dining room, and formal living room.
Kyle and Mauricio do not live in the home and have not for some time. They currently reside in a $8.2 million mansion in Encino.
