Kim Zolciak’s Husband Kroy Biermann Ordered To Pay His Former Sports Agent $22,000 Weeks Before 'Don’t Be Tardy' Cancellation Bombshell
Kim Zolciak’s husband has been ordered to cough up $22,000 after being accused of refusing to pay up on a years-old debt.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a Fulton County Superior Court judge granted a default judgment in the case brought Kroy Bierrman's former sports agent.
Back in September, Kroy was sued by Andrew Baker of Exclusive Sports Group. In court documents, Baker accused the reality star’s husband of owing him commission.
He said despite repeated attempts to collect Kroy refused to cough up the money. The agent said he had negotiated multiple contracts for the former football player during his NFL career. He specifically worked on deals with the Atlanta Falcons and the Buffalo Bills.
The sports agent says Kroy made some payments but eventually stopped paying on the debt. He allegedly owes a total of $22,120.70
The Bravo star blew off the lawsuit despite being served with the legal paperwork. As a result, the judge granted a motion for default judgment and ordered Kroy to pay the full $22k.
The following month, Baker filed a lien against Kroy in the amount of $12,120.74. It appears a $10k payment has been made by Kim’s husband since the judgment was entered. The lien has yet to be released meaning the debt remains unpaid.

Last month, Bravo announced Don’t Be Tardy was being canceled after eight seasons. The network released a statement praising the family for the series.
It read, “We have enjoyed watching the incredible journey of Kim, Kroy and their entire family who grew up right before our eyes. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to share their life and all the touching moments with our audience. While Don’t Be Tardy will not be returning for another season, the Biermanns will always be part of the Bravo family, and we look forward to seeing what’s next.”
Following the announcement, Kim teased a new reality show on her social media. She has yet to reveal details to fans about the project.
