Kim Kardashian — along with her sisters Khloe & Kylie Jenner — are refusing to sit and answer questions under oath for Blac Chyna.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the three sisters and their mother Kris Jenner have filed a motion demanding subpoenas fired off by Chyna be quashed.
Chyna is suing her ex Rob Kardashian, his mother Kris Jenner, and his sisters Kim, Khloe & Kylie. She accuses the defendants of conspiring together to have her fired by the E! network. Her show Rob & Chyna was canceled after its first season despite being given a green light for season 2.

She accuses Rob’s family of wanting her out of his life and spreading false accusations that she abused him. Chyna says the Kris and daughters demanded Chyna be fired or they would halt production of Keeping up with The Kardashians.
The model is seeking millions in damages claiming Rob and his family ruined her career.
The Kardashian/Jenner family denies the allegations and claim Chyna did abuse Rob. In a separate lawsuit, he is suing Chyna over an alleged assault that went down on December 14, 2016, at Kylie’s home.
In the newly filed motion, Kim, Khloe, Kylie and Kris accuse Chyna of harassing them with the deposition request. They claim to have already been deposed as part of Rob’s lawsuit against Chyna.
The family says Chyna grilled them under oath “for hours on the very same topics.” Their attorney says Chyna has no basis to depose the defendants once again.
They say she has no legitimate reason to depose them other than her desire to harass them. “The Kardashians/Jenners are extremely busy with business and professional 8 commitments scheduled months in advance, and it would be excessively disruptive and 9 burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such short notice,” their motion reads.
The family says they already answered questions about the assault & battery during the previous depo and have nothing more to add.
The judge has yet to rule on the Kardashian/Jenner motion.
