Kim Kardashian is getting pulled through the wringer after fans discovered she was listening to Kanye West's album on mute.
Over the weekend, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star attempted to show her estranged husband support but unintentionally did the opposite after his long-awaited tenth album Donda was finally released.
Despite Kanye claiming Universal backstabbed him by releasing Donda without his permission, Kim posted screenshots of his tracks on her Instagram Stories and made it appear like she was listening to her ex — but her fans caught one glaring error.
She was listening to Kanye on mute or extremely low volume.
The 40-year-old's eagle-eye followers were quick to point out the massive mistake and roasted her on Twitter, causing Kim to go into crisis mode by deleting and reposting the screenshots — and this time, she turned the volume on.
But that didn't stop fans from bashing Kim's failed supportive attempt.
"Kim Kardashian listening to Donda on MUTE is so funny to me," one person laughed. "Bro I’m crying Kim Kardashian is playing Donda on mute," added another.
"So #DONDA is out so good so far. Should I put my phone on mute just like @KimKardashian to get the full effect?" teased a third. "Kim kardashian listening to donda on mute is the best part of this rollout," shared someone else.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kanye was up in arms after Donda came out with the rapper claiming Universal Music released it behind his back.
"Universal Put My Album Out Without My Approval And They Blocked Jail 2 From Being In The Album," he posted on social media Sunday.
The Jesus Is King rapper's accusation came after he alleged DaBaby was holding up Donda's release.
Kim's support for Kanye goes way beyond posting his music. During his third listening party, his estranged wife slipped on a wedding dress and made a special appearance on stage with the rapper.
This comes as rumors swirl that the two are "rebuilding their relationship" and divorce might be off the table.
In fact, they were even caught holding hands backstage.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kim was blindsided when Kanye brought homophobic rapper DaBaby and accused sexual assaulter Marilyn Manson out on stage during the Chicago show.
After catching heat, sources familiar with the situation told us, "Kim was unaware of the details of the event."
