Katie Holmes and Alex Rodriguez sparked dating rumors after the ex-Yankee was seen leaving her New York City apartment building.
The newly single 45-year-old made eyebrows raise when he was spotted exiting the Dawson's Creek actress' lavish Manhattan skyscraper -- which she shares with her 15-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise -- over the weekend.
The sighting comes just weeks after it was revealed Holmes "dumped" her younger boyfriend, NYC chef Emilio Vitolo Jr.
Hours after A-Rod's Sunday apartment romp, Vitolo was spotted walking the streets with a busty redhead.
The 33-year-old was photographed laughing with a mystery girl following a lunch date in the city on Monday.
In the photos, the unidentified woman flaunted her curves in a tiny, jean dress.
She made eyes pop by leaving the buttons undone and showcasing her cleavage in a black push-up bra.
Vitolo looked very comfortable with the female, despite the rumors circulating his ex and A-Rod.
Almost as soon as the dating rumors made the rounds, Holmes' rep shot them down.

According to Page Six, A-Rod was strictly in the building because he's been shopping for a bachelor pad on the East Coast.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the baseball player is ready to get the hell out of Dodge following his breakup with Jennifer Lopez.
A-Rod -- who shared a home in Miami with J Lo -- has been apartment hunting in Tribeca and the Upper West Side, as well as in Holmes' building.
“Alex is looking at lots of different apartments, he didn’t even realize it was Katie’s building — he’s never met her," an insider connected with A-Rod told the outlet.
A-Rod isn't the only one dealing with a split.
The 42-year-old star ended her relationship with Vitolo last month after first being linked in September 2020.
Holmes began to feel like "something didn't seem right," which caused her to pull away from Vitolo.
An insider told the outlet, Holmes ended their 8-month relationship over the phone instead of in person.
Vitolo has been hitting the town since their breakup. He even sparked dating rumors with Zoë Kravitz after the duo were seen flirting outside his family's famous restaurant.
