'RHOBH' Star Kathy Hilton’s Housekeeper, Who Was Accused Of Stealing From The Reality Star, Drops Lawsuit Over Alleged Unpaid Wages
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton will not have to deal with a messy court battle with her former housekeeper after the ex-employee decided to drop her lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Isabel Reina Gonzalez Hernandez has informed the court she is dismissing all claims against the Bravo star and her real estate tycoon husband Rick Hilton.
In the suit, Hernandez said she was hired to be a live-in housekeeper at the Hilton’s Beverly Hills mansion. The ex-employee claimed the wealthy couple failed to pay her overtime and failed to provide her with the proper meal breaks.
“DEFENDANTS failed to provide PLAINTIFF with a second meal period or any rest periods as required by law; DEFENDANTS willfully failed to pay PLAINTIFF all wages due after PLAINTIFF’S separation from DEFENDANTS’ employment; and, DEFENDANTS knowingly and intentionally failed to provide PLAINTIFF with accurate wage statements,” the lawsuit read.
Hernandez demanding in excess of $25,000 from Kathy and Rick. The famous couple didn't find the suit amusing and went hard in their response.
Not only did they deny owing Hernandez overtime pay or that they didn't follow California law. Kathy said the claims were absurd and accused the housekeeper of stealing from her.

The attorney representing the Hilton family said, “Defendants are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that Defendants are entitled to a complete and/or partial offset against each and every cause of action alleged in the Complaint in an amount to be established at trial, based in part or in whole on Plaintiff's theft of items from Defendants' home.”
The case was scheduled for trial early next year.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kathy isn't the only family member dealing with legal issues. Her sister Kim Richards is currently living in an Encino apartment owned by her sister Kyle.
Kim, who owes tens of thousands in back taxes, has faced financial woes for years and is allegedly living rent-free.
According to court documents, the State of California accuses Kim of owing a total of $70,021.60 for the years 2015 & 2016. The lien has yet to be released.
