EXCLUSIVE: Kanye West Settles Assault Lawsuit After New Evidence Emerges
Kanye West has settled an assault lawsuit after new evidence emerges in the high-profile legal dispute.

A lawsuit accusing Kanye West of drugging and assaulting a former assistant has been settled just months after shocking new evidence surfaced in a separate case filed by a model who accuses the rapper of abusing her during a 2010 music video shoot, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Lauren Pisciotta, 37, filed a request to dismiss her lawsuit, which accused the Gold Digger singer of slipping her a drug-laced drink and raping her during a studio session cohosted by disgraced hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs – who is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution in connection with his notorious "Freak Off" s-- parties.
West Faces Separate Assault Allegations
Lauren Pisciotta settled her lawsuit accusing Kanye West of drugging and sexually assaulting her.
Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, also accused the alleged horndog rapper of sending her sexually explicit texts, including messages describing sexual acts he allegedly wanted to perform with ex-wife Kim Kardashian's stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner.
The confidential settlement comes just four months after text messages from singer Elly Jackson, better known as La Roux, surfaced as evidence in a separate lawsuit alleging West throttled model Jenifer An during the filming of La Roux's 2010 In for the Kill music video.
"I could never forget that. It was horrific," the singer wrote in an Instagram message submitted as evidence in the lawsuit filed by An, a finalist on the 2009 cycle of America's Next Top Model.

"West smothered [An's] face with both of his hands, which smeared her makeup," the model's complaint alleges. "He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her (which Plaintiff believed lasted for over a minute) to emulate forced o--- s--, and screamed, 'This is art. This is f--king art. I am like Picasso.'"
West vehemently denies the allegations, insisting in a motion to dismiss that his conduct was an "expressive" performance and arguing that "the emulation of sexual violence for artistic purposes is not itself sexual violence."
In a May 2024 declaration, witness Liz Martins described the incident far differently.

Witness Liz Martins said the alleged incident involving West and An was not part of the video's script.
"All of a sudden, Kanye cleared the set, except for [An], and forcefully put his fingers down her mouth and told her to, 'Suck on them,'" she stated. "This sexual assault was not a part of the script. Everyone on set was shocked and nervous to step in because of Kanye's influence."
While Pisciotta's case has now been resolved, An's lawsuit remains pending.
