Josh Duggar Not Allowed Visitation During Lockup After Being Charge With Possessing Child Porn
Josh Duggar's family won't be able to see him while he's behind bars after being charged with possessing child porn. RadarOnline.com has learned the former 19 And Counting star is not allowed visitation while he sits in jail until May 5.
An officer at the Washington County Detention Center, where Duggar is currently being held, tells RadarOnline.com that no member of the ex-TLC personality's famous family will be eligible to see Duggar.
But it's not because of the serious charges brought against the 33-year-old. RadarOnline.com has learned the Washington County Detention Center has closed down their visitation for all inmates due to strict Covid restrictions.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Duggar is being accused of downloading child sexual abuse material with some showing children under the age of 12.
He was allegedly in possession of such material in May 2019.
He has been charged by indictment with two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography. Duggar faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines on each count if convicted.
FYI -- Duggar is a father of six with another one on the way.
The ex-19 And Counting star has been ordered to remain in custody until his detention hearing on May 5, adding that if a bond is granted, he will need to "live in a home without minors."

The US Attorney’s Office said Duggar’s case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide movement to combat the epidemic of sexual exploitation and abuse of children on the Internet.
Duggar was arrested and taken into custody Thursday. He was placed on a federal hold but the details surrounding his lockup remained tight-lipped.
His mug shot was bizarre to say the least. Duggar looked unkept and had a smirk on his face when his photo was taken.
Days prior to his arrest, his pregnant wife Anna Duggar fiercely defended her husband calling him a "diligent worker" who "provides well" for their large family. She has remained quiet on his arrest.
In 2015, Duggar was accused of sexually molesting five young girls -- including four of his sisters and a babysitter -- when he was just 14 years old.
