Real Housewives of Orange County newbie Dr. Jen Armstrong is back in court once again — this time suing a former employee she accuses of using photos of her patient without their permission.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the Bravo star has filed a lawsuit against a man named Chris Lee.
In the docs, Armstrong says Lee worked at her Advanced Skincare Medcenter in Newport Beach. Armstrong and her company are medical practices specializing in cosmetic dermatology.
The suit says Lee worked as a Nurse Practitioner from September 2021 through December 9, 2021.
Armstrong says she had to terminate Lee for "gross misconduct."
Armstrong says Lee conspired with another former employee named Sylvia Nuttall — who worked as the office manager. The suit says the two worked together to steal Armstrong’s clients away from her and take them to Lee’s new medical office.
The reality star says Nuttall used her private log-in to access her proprietary information.

The suit says she demanded the photos be removed but he refused. Instead, she says he removed any reference to her or her business and added a reference to his own practice as a nurse practitioner, “implicating that he performed the procedures on the patients resulting in the “before and after” photos.
Lee is being sued for breach of contract, invasion of privacy among other counts. Armstrong says, “Lee’s conduct, as alleged herein, was intrusive into Plaintiffs’ private matters.”
The RHOC star is seeking unspecified damages.
As we first reported, Armstrong is facing a series of legal issues at the moment. She is accused of medical battery by two former patients — one claims her face is permanently disfigured due to Armstrong's work —and she is also suing her former employee.
