Jay Cutler Demands Half Of Kristin Cavallari's Uncommon James Company Causing Major Divorce Hold-Up
Kristin Cavallari's divorce with Jay Cutler is dragging on because the ex-NFL star wants what he thinks is owed to him -- half of her lucrative company!
According to reports, the 38-year-old retired quarterback is coming for his estranged wife's jewelry and apparel line Uncommon James.
Cutler isn't coming for a small portion either.
Kristin Cavallari's estranged husband is reportedly seeking a whopping 50 percent ownership of the 34-year-old's popular money-making company.
Cutler's demands are allegedly causing a massive hold-up in their divorce.
The original Laguna Beach reality star launched the company in 2017.
While it began as a jewelry line for women on the go, it became so successful that Cavallari expanded it to include apparel, accessories like sunglasses, home goods, and now, beauty products.
Cutler's alleged argument is that his now-estranged wife began the company well into their marriage and before he filed for divorce in April, 2020.
According to reports, Cavallari doesn't think she owes the ex-football star anything when it comes to her company.

Part of her reasoning is she is claiming Cutler didn't put any of his own money into Uncommon James.
Cavallari is reportedly alleging she funded the company all on her own.
She's allegedly pushing back hard at her estranged husband's demands for 50 percent ownership in the company.
Cutler filed for divorce more than one year ago and the former couple seems to have mostly everything worked out.
They even agreed to 50/50 custody of their three kids -- sons Camden, 8, Jaxon, 7, and daughter, Saylor, 5.
In January, Cavallari and Cutler caused chaos when they posted a photo together on Instagram and insinuated they were on good terms, despite major issues following his divorce filing -- including an alleged relationship with her ex-best friend.
This isn't the only legal battle the exes are facing.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Cavallari and Cutler were sued by a man last month who claimed their beloved dog bit him and caused "visible disfigurement and scarring."
