Hayden Panettiere's neighbor claims she saw the late actress being taken from her Los Angeles apartment on a gurney twice while she was living with Brian Hickerson, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Mia Terrazas said Panettiere appeared to have "bright red spots" and "bruises" during the incidents, which happened on July 29, 2023, and January 16, 2024.
Neighbor Claims Hayden Panettiere Looked 'Battered'

Hayden Panettiere's neighbor claimed she saw 'bruises' on the actress.
Terrazas, who still lives at the West Hollywood apartment complex, told Page Six she witnessed firefighters take Panettiere out of the building both times.
Hickerson was allegedly present during each incident and remained "glued to" Panettiere as she was removed from the apartment.
"It appeared that she had been beaten up. It wasn't apparent to me that it could have been anything else," Terrazas claimed.
The neighbor said Panettiere often looked "battered," while her daughter, Vileena Koneru, said she observed the same.
During the 2023 incident, Terrazas said she approached Panettiere while she was on the gurney and asked if she was OK.
The actress allegedly replied, "Yes."
'It Was Very Hostile'

Hayden Panettiere's neighbor said she heard 'muffled arguments' from the apartment.
Terrazas also claimed she frequently heard “muffled arguments” coming from Panettiere's apartment.
"You can tell somebody's arguing just by the tonality," she said. "It was very hostile."
She recalled another alleged confrontation involving Panettiere and Hickerson in an elevator, claiming she heard the actress yell, "Just leave me alone! Just stop!"
Terrazas said she became "terrified" of Hickerson and recalled one occasion when she believed he followed her down the stairs.
"I'm 61. I'm moving really slow down those stairs, and he's just right behind me," she said. "Didn't pass me up or anything. And I thought, 'Is that to intimidate me?'"
Brian Hickerson Allegedly Returned Despite Protective Order

Brian Hickerson previously faced criminal charges regarding domestic assault.
Hickerson had previously faced multiple criminal charges stemming from allegations involving Panettiere.
In 2021, he pleaded no contest to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or cohabitant after initially pleading not guilty to an eight-count case.
He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, four years of probation, domestic violence classes and restitution.
Panettiere was granted a five-year protective order, which expired in April 2026.
Terrazas claimed she continued seeing Hickerson at the apartment complex during the order and called the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department "quite a few times."
She claimed deputies "removed" him from the property at least once, but she allegedly saw him return the following day.
"I understood their point," Terrazas said. "I just kept calling because I was hoping I would get a different answer."
'She Deserved So Much Better'

Hayden Panettiere's neighbor said the actress was 'such a bright light.'
Terrazas became emotional while recalling Panettiere, saying the actress seemed like "a different person" around Hickerson and was "very subdued" in his presence.
"She was just so lovely," she said. "Just seeing her and passing frequently and, you know, the little chats that I had with her — she made such an impression, and she was such a bright light."
"Just as a human being. Never mind the talent; she was a human being, you know? And she deserved so much better," Terrazas continued.
"I felt everybody just used her up, and she just deserved better," she added. "I just wish I could have done more. I just can't believe I'll never see her again."
