Erika Jayne Spotted Eating Chick-fil-A Days After Company Gets Suspended By State & She's Ordered To Turn Over $1.4 Million Diamond Earrings

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne looks to be comforting herself with fast food as her legal problems continue to mount — and she was forced to hand over pricy jewelry as part of her estranged husband Tom Girardi's bankruptcy.
On Monday, the 50-year-old wannabe singer/Bravo star was spotted arriving back at her $1.5 million Hancock Park rental pad.
In the photos, Jayne was seen getting out of her pricy Range Rover while carrying a bag of Chick-fila-a inside her pad. She was rocking a short black dress with a pair of long black boots with zippers on the side.
The reality star appeared to be in a downcast mood which makes sense given she's fighting multiple lawsuits at the moment, had her business suspended by the state of California, and dealing with Girardi's victims coming after her in court.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, according to official records, Jayne's company EJ Global is currently suspended and she's unable to use the business. The suspension could be due to failure to file the proper paperwork or pay required taxes.
Jayne's lawyer Evan C. Borges told RadarOnline.com he believes the matter is simply a paperwork issue. He told us until recently all of the business notices were sent to Girardi's law firm.
"As of late January 2022, EJ Global LLC was in good standing with the CA Secretary of State. We did not receive any notice of the new suspension, and we’re trying to determine the basis," Borges tells us.

Borges told us he thinks the suspension may be due to failure to pay an $800 annual tax. "If that’s the case here, it will be rectified and this will be much ado about nothing," he adds.
Aside from the suspension, Jayne was also recently ordered to turn over a pair of $1.4 million diamond earrings as part of Girardi's law firm bankruptcy. The trustee in charge of the case believes the jewelry was purchased by Girardi using his client's money.
Bank records reveal Girardi owes $101 million to various creditors including many of his former clients. He stands accused of stealing money from orphans, widows, and a fire burn victim.
In court, the trustee revealed Jayne had initially refused to hand over the earrings. She eventually reached a deal where she produced the set but has not given up her right to the earrings.
Jayne plans to have her lawyer go to court and fight for them to be turned back.
On top of all that, Jayne is still facing a $25 million lawsuit filed as part of Girardi's law firm bankruptcy. The trustee claims Girardi used his client's money to pay EJ Global's bills for a decade.
So far, she has refused to pay back a dime despite publicly claiming the victims deserve their money.
