In the audio — obtained by The Sun — Kim's female pal is heard pleading for help while telling the dispatcher she “tried killing herself.”
According to the friend, she broke down the bathroom door to discover Eminem's baby mama with "blood everywhere." She says Kim is conscious and didn't want her to call the police.
The friend claims Kim told her she left a suicide note.
When asked, "do you know if she's conscious right now ma'am," the pal replies, "she is, she's yelling at me not to call the police."
Explaining the scary situation, the unidentified female says she knew something was off when Kim "wouldn't let" her into the bathroom. "And I kept telling her, 'I'm coming in, I'm coming in,'" until she finally broke the door handle to gain access inside where she found Kim "laying on the floor.”
The pal also says that Kim told her, “I left a note.”
When the caller alleges "she took a bunch of pills" and cut herself, the dispatcher begs for clarity.
"She took pills and she has cuts where? How bad is she bleeding?" he asks to which the friend responds, "on her legs!"
The pal claims Kim "used to be a cutter a long, long, long time ago" and says she's "not sure" if Eminem's ex has guns or weapons in the home.
Kim was rushed to the hospital on July 30, but not before allegedly putting up a fight. She "attempted to strike the responding officer," Page Six reports.
According to the police report, Kim reportedly had an “unidentified object” in her hands and had “difficulty speaking, was slurring her speech and later fluctuated in various levels of consciousness.”
The police report also states that Kim had a “large amount of smeared blood” around her due to “deep lacerations on legs.”
As of this post, Eminem and their children — Hailie Jade, 25, Alaina, 28, and Stevie, formerly known as Whitney, 19 — have not addressed Kim's condition or her alleged attempt at taking her life.
