Dwight Howard’s sexual assault accuser submitted a series of alleged text messages he received from the ex-NBA star as evidence in his bombshell lawsuit.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the alleged messages exchanged between Howard and his accuser Stephen Harper.
As we first reported, earlier this year, Harper sued Howard for alleged assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
Harper said he met Howard on Instagram in May 2021. He said the two talked for months before he met up for a hook up at Howard’s home on July 19, 2021.
Harper said the two started kissing before Howard eventually brought out a man dressed as a woman. The man called himself “Kitty.”
In his lawsuit, Harper claimed Howard demanded they have a threesome which made Harper uncomfortable. On the night in question, Harper claimed Howard performed oral sex on him without consent and then later forced him to perform the act on him.
As we first reported, Howard responded to the allegations this week. The ex-NBA star admitted exchanging sexual messages with Harper after meeting on Instagram.
However, he denied that Harper was forced into a threesome or sexually assaulted. He said Harper came over for a hook up and was aware that Kitty would be present.
He denied forcing himself on Harper. His lawyer wrote, “The three agreed to touch one another and to engage in consensual sexual activity.”
Howard has demanded the entire lawsuit be thrown out of court.
In the evidence submitted to the court by Harper, the first screenshot showed Harper sending Howard his cell phone number via a direct message on Instagram.
Harper claimed Howard texted him a few minutes later with the devil emoji.
