Dr. Dre's alleged baby mama Kili Anderson has reached a settlement with her former employee who accused her of wrongful termination — the same lawsuit the music mogul was dragged into.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Kili and her ex-employee Brian Zerba recently informed the court of the deal that dismissed all claims against the other.
In the original lawsuit, Brian claimed Kili wrongfully terminated him from his job at her tanning salon. She denied the accusations claiming the employee had violated several terms of his employment.
In court documents, Kili’s lawyer appeared to admit she had a secret child with Dre. “Additionally, the owner of the tanning salon Kili Anderson, is said to have been in a relationship with the famous rapper Dr. Dre, with whom she had a child, and therefore she required all at will employees to sign a confidentiality agreement that they would not pry into her life and would keep all things that they learned about her life private,” the filing read
Kili accused Brian of “constantly violated this term of his employment by asking other employees what they knew about Ms. Anderson, her child, and what was the nature of her relationship with Dr. Dre.”
She claimed the lawsuit was nothing more than a shakedown for money. “Plaintiff believes that defendant has money because she is involved in a relationship with a celebrity/artist.”
In the docs, Kili also accused Brian of flirting with male customers and walking around the shop without a shirt on. She claims she had no choice but to fire him.
The lawsuit being settled means Dre won't have to fear any further personal information being leaked. Kili was also dragged into Dre's divorce from Nicole Young.

In court, Nicole accused Kili — along with Jillian Speer and Crystal Rodgers — of being Dre's mistresses during her marriage. The judge signed off on her being allowed to depose the woman.
