Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK are once again trying to unload their Beverly Hills mansion.
According to real estate records obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Bravo stars have re-listed their 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 8,679 sq. ft. pad for $7,950,000 earlier this month.
The couple originally purchased the home for $6,565,000 in 2016. PK tried to sell it off in 2017 for $12.75 million as his legal problems started to mount. He eventually slashed the price to $10.95 million before cutting it down to the asking price of $8.995 million.
In July 2018, the couple listed the home for rent at $40k a month but failed to find anyone. They re-listed it for sale at the price of $8.7 million in September 2018 but within a few months, the price was already down to $8.25 million.
In 2020, they once again tried to rent it out at the rate of $30k a month but nobody was interested. They decided to try their luck again at selling and placed the home on the market in July 2020 for $6.9 million but took it off the market in May 2021.
The couple does not live in the home and is currently staying in their 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 8,901 sq. ft. pad in Encino — the same home where armed robbers broke in and threatened to kill Dorit unless she handed over all her valuables.
The Beverly Hills home listing is being taken care of by Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky's real estate company The Agency.
The property listing touts the home sitting on a private cul-de-sac only minutes away from the renowned Beverly Hills Hotel.
"This home was thoughtfully done to create comfortable and modern living spaces," the description reads.
Other amenities include a "private screening room, gym, office, chef's kitchen, elevator, and sauna."
The master also comes with a private balcony, fireplace, large bathroom with dual sinks, a tub overlooking the city views and a grand closet."
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Dorit's husband recently paid off a massive $2 million debt with a Las Vegas casino.
