Chris Noth is drawing a lot of attention after being accused of sexually assaulting two women.
As the stories hit the world, a third woman has come forward to allege him committing a similar act on her, and his talent agency took immediate action.
According to People Magazine, the Sex And The City star was dropped by his talent agency, A3 Artists Agency, on Friday as the news of the new allegation emerged.
The third woman who wished to remain anonymous just like his two other alleged victims but used the pseudonym, Ava revealed the actor had sexually assaulted her while working at a New York City restaurant in 2010. She was reportedly 18 years old at the time of the incident.
Ava claimed she worked as a hostess at Da Marino and as a singer during nights when the restaurant had a pianist. She accused Noth, a regular at the place, of showing up in a state where he "was always intoxicated."
"I cannot remember in detail how many times we spoke, but with great familiarity, one night he told my boss I would sing with him even though I hadn't filled the restaurant yet," she explained.
The situation took a turn for the worse after she allegedly "talked about her career and hometown of Toronto" at a table. At the same time, he repeatedly pulled her onto his lap while groping her and "pressing me onto his erection."
Ava, who just graduated from an acting conservatory, said while grabbing her, the actor kept repeating, "I love Canadian women."
Noth reportedly followed her to her manager's office by the end of her shift to pick up her paycheck. She claimed, "he acted as if we had intentionally snuck off together clandestinely" before describing him as "sloppy," "heavy," and "strong."
"At first, it felt as though I was the only person in the universe who could hear me saying 'no.'" she shared, adding that the Law & Order actor kissed her while pushing her body against a desk and digitally penetrated her.
She confessed, hoping "that would be the end of it" as she tried to push him with her arms and body to the point that her "limbs hurt in the morning."
"He wasn't hearing 'no,' but he heard me when I said 'not here' and convinced him that I would meet him somewhere else," Ava said before claiming Noth had asked for her address while texting her from his home to send her a car to pick her up, but she never responded.
Noth shut down the allegation calling it a total fiction.
"The story is a complete fabrication, and the alleged accounts detailed throughout read like a piece of bad fiction," his representative suggested. "As Chris stated yesterday, he has and would never cross that line."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, two other women told Hollywood Reporter, he had sexually assaulted them. The incidents reportedly occurred in Los Angeles in 2004 and New York in 2015.
The actor also denied the allegations and maintained his innocence, claiming the accusations against him "are categorically false."
