Chris Daughtry's daughter Hannah Price's cause of death has been revealed as suicide.
According to reports, Price's family disclosed she took her own life by hanging herself while under the influence of drugs.
The 25-year-old was found dead in her home in Nashville in November. While waiting for autopsy results to be released, rumors claimed Price had passed away from homicide. However, Chris' wife Deanna shut down the account, telling the press the story was "false."
Officials from Tennessee's 8th Judicial District also issued a statement to clear up the assumptions, sharing, "This is a death investigation, and any attempt to classify it as a homicide investigation at this time is premature and irresponsible."
Chris and Deanna have been open in the past about their daughter's struggle with mental illness and addiction, saying, "we did everything we could to support her and get her the help she needed to recover from these tragedies and get her life back on track."
Price is one of two children Deanna had while in her previous relationship before meeting Chris. The couple also share twins Adalynn Rose and Noah James after tying the knot in November 2000.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, following Price's death last year, Chris' spokesperson released a statement to confirm the heartbreaking news and announce the cancellation of his upcoming shows.
"Due to the unexpected death of Chris and Deanna Daughtry's daughter, Hannah, all currently scheduled shows for the coming week for Daughtry have been postponed," the statement read. "The Daughtry family thanks you for your understanding and respectfully asks for privacy during this very difficult time."
Reports also indicated Price's boyfriend, Bobby Jolly, was arrested the same day police discovered her remains on an unrelated matter.
The It's Not Over singer later broke his silence concerning his daughter's death, claiming he was grief-stricken by the tragedy.
"I am still processing the last 24 hours. I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken," Chris wrote on Instagram before thanking his fans for their "kind words and condolences."
He concluded his note with a heartfelt message for his late daughter, saying, "Hannah, I love you, I miss you. I wish I could hold you. This hurts so deeply."
