Brian Austin Green didn't appear to have a care in the world hours before his ex — and the mother of his children — Megan Fox's safety was put into jeopardy at the MTV Video Music Awards.
The 48-year-old was nothing but smiles while holding hands with his girlfriend Sharna Burgess as the couple showed up to rehearsal for Dancing With The Stars.
Green recently signed on to be a celebrity contestant on the ABC dancing show. Sharna has been a DWTS pro dancer for years.
The two looked crazy in love, ditching each other's grip to take socially distanced selfies with fans who flooded the show parking lot in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Green kept it causal in sweats, a t-shirt, and a baseball cap. His girlfriend of several months mirrored his laid-back fashion but flaunted her killer physique in a black sports bra.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 actors appeared to love being back in the spotlight and didn't seem to have a care in the world, unable to know what would happen to his ex just hours later.
Green shares three children with Fox. They are currently going through a divorce, so it was no surprise when she showed up at the VMAs with her boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly.

What no one expected was that Fox would be whisked away by security when MGK got close to blows with MMA champion Conor McGregor on the red carpet.
As RadarOnline.com reported, shocking video shows the moment the Transformers actress found herself stuck in the middle of the dangerous situation.
In the clip, the boys are seen coming face-to-face as security attempts to pull them apart.
"Where's Megan? Where is Megan? Where is Megan?!" one female is heard on video screaming as the fight erupts.
Moments later, Fox is seen running with a security guard who is pulling her to safety as another woman shouts, "Go this way. Go this way. Get her out this way. Get her out this way."
Photos have also emerged showing that at one point, McGregor attempted to make contact by throwing a punch at MGK before throwing his drink at the rocker.
Fox began dating MGK before news of her split with Green even went public.
