Blac Chyna is firing back at her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian’s claim he has witnesses who saw her hold a gun to him.
As we first reported, earlier this week, Rob filed docs in his assault & battery lawsuit against Chyna asking the court to delay the trial scheduled to start in February.
His suit accuses Chyna of assaulting him at Kylie Jenner’s home back in December 2016. He claims she tried to strangle him with an iPhone cord and struck him with a 6 ft. metal pole.
She denies ever attacking Rob and claims videos taken the day after show him without any injuries to his face or body. Chyna is also suing her ex and the Kardashian/Jenner family for spreading lies that she abused Rob.
She claims their accusations led to E! execs canceling her show Rob & Chyna. The trial for the case is scheduled to April.
As part of his plea to consolidate the two trials, Rob claims several witnesses are expected to testify in both cases and it would be easier to have one trial.

He pointed to two of his friends who he plans to call to the stand. Rob will also call to the stand his friends Eugene Shpilsky and Victory Belz, who both claim to have seen Chyna hold a gun at Rob and threaten his life.
Chyna’s powerhouse attorney Lynne Ciani tells Radar, “These same two friends of Rob refused to show up at their deposition to put their claims on the record.”
“Chyna has video evidence that Rob didn’t have a mark or scratch on him after the alleged attack — because there was no attack,” she added. “Chyna is ready for her day in court to clear her name. Meanwhile, Rob has filed court papers to try to delay his own trial against Chyna yet again.”
A judge has yet to rule on Rob's motion to delay the trial.
