Angelina Jolie Fighting Brad Pitt Over Sale Of Their $68 Million French Wine Estate, Rushes Back To Divorce Court
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt aren't just fighting over the custody of their six children because they also are going at it over their winery in France.
According to legal documents, the 46-year-old Maleficent actress wants out of the former couple's Miraval Château Winery.
Jolie is desperate to sell her shares of the beloved winery but alleges her ex-husband is making it damn near impossible.
She is asking a judge to lift a restraining order on the transfer of their assets, so she can offload her shares to a potential buyer.
In the documents, the actress claims she's tried to work it out with Pitt by allegedly offering to sell her portion of the property and company to him.
Jolie says that her attempts have proved unsuccessful, and now she wants to sell to a third party.
Since the two are still fighting over details of their ongoing divorce -- like the custody of their children -- Jolie is unable to sell marital assets without approval from Pitt.

The Academy Award-winning actress says she already has a buyer lined up to purchase her shares in the $68 million estate.
Jolie's team is asking a California judge to sign off on a one-time sale of Miraval Château Winery before the third party loses interest in the purchase.
As for their ongoing divorce battle, Jolie was livid after the judge granted Pitt joint custody of their kids.
The actress has been fighting for primary custody ever since their divorce in 2016, and this time, she's pulling out all the stops.
Jolie claims she has proof that Pitt allegedly committed domestic violence during their marriage, and she's ready to use it against him.
After the judge's decision, Jolie got the hell out of Dodge and headed to the East Coast for a vacation with her kids.
She even made a pitstop at her first ex-husband Jonny Lee Miller's home on more than one occasion during their stay.
