Alex Rodriguez is showing Jennifer Lopez she's not the only one who can reunite with an ex following their breakup.
The 45-year-old former Yankee took to social media to share his sweaty weekend workout, and his gym partner had a very familiar face.
J Lo used to be A-Rod's fitness foe, but he swapped her out on Friday for his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis.
The MLB host surprised everyone when Cynthia -- who he divorced in 2008 -- popped up on his Instagram Stories to kick off the weekend.
The former duo seemed to be extremely close in the video A-Rod shared showing Cynthia wrapping his knee with ice. He even took a playful jab at his ex-wife in the caption.
"Cynthia is a world class Mommy to our girls ... wrapping ice - though?!?!?! LOL," he wrote over the video.
A-Rod and Cynthia share two daughters -- Natasha, 16, and Ella, 13.
The exes smiled sweetly in the sweaty selfie fresh off a workout.

This comes as rumors continue to swirl that the Hustlers actress is moving out of the Sunshine State for good and in with Affleck.
J Lo added more fuel to the fire when she was photographed looking for schools in L.A. for her 13-year-old twins -- Max and Emme -- near Affleck's Southern California home.
But A-Rod's not looking to stay behind. The ex-MLB star was spotted looking lonely while shopping for a bachelor pad in Manhattan earlier this month.
J Lo and Affleck have been inseparable since she called off her engagement with A-Rod in April.
While A-Rod was holding onto hope that he'd win J Lo back, it appears all bets are off now that Bennifer is heating up.
