Steve Harvey's youngest wild child, Lori Harvey, has pled not guilty in her hit and run case, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Her attorney, Blair Berk, appeared on behalf of the 23-year-old to enter the plea.
A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for February 28.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lori was arrested on October 20, 2019 in Beverly Hills when an eyewitness claimed the young model was texting and driving when she crashed into another car.
The collision caused her Mercedes SUV to flip over and luckily the man in the other car ran to help her and pulled her out of her vehicle.
Lori, seemingly in a daze, attempted to walk home, but police stopped her.
She then FaceTimed her famous dad before being arrested on the spot at 9:48 p.m.
Police said however that she was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Lori is being charged on two counts of misdemeanor hit and run and delaying a police investigation.
At the time of the incident, people had been celebrating a Jewish festival called Succoth. Innocent bystanders believed the crash to be a terrorist attack.
Her famous father, 62, has not spoken on her behalf.
The model has since appeared to be in good spirits. Over the weekend, on January 18, Lori posted several photos of her in a bikini alongside her friends, who included Jordyn Woods.
The group seemed to enjoy a nice getaway in Montegoy Bay, Jamaica.
She is currently dating rapper Future.
Story developing.
