Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina was arrested for drunk driving after she crashed her Mercedes on Long Island on Saturday night in an incident involving another driver, according to multiple reports.
The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 11.
Law enforcement sources claimed Dina tried to flee the scene of the accident-- reportedly outside a restaurant -- and was chased down by the victim of the crash before she was taken into custody outside her home, as ABC7NY reported.
Dina, 57, reportedly refused to submit to field sobriety tests.
A spokesman for the Nassau, New York courts said Dina was arrested in the county but did not say where or what time.
She pleaded not guilty Sunday morning at her arraignment in First District Court in Hempstead and released, the spokesman said. She is due back in court Jan. 15.
Dina's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, told RadarOnline.com, "Dina Lohan has not been evaluated concerning her intoxication. The allegations are unfounded and we intend to vigorously defend this case, which is returnable in the county court this coming Wednesday."
Dina was previously charged with DWI in September 2013 after driving a white BMW 77 mph in a 55-mph zone on the Northern State Parkway with a blood-alcohol content of .20 percent.
"I'll never be back here again," she told Newsday after pleading guilty in April 2014. "You can quote me on that one."
Dina told Judge Engle at her June 2014 sentencing, "There won't be a next time" when he suspended her driver's license and ordered her to pay a $2,600 fine.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Dina's online boyfriend Jesse Nadler dumped her last spring.
Jesse complained at the time of Dina, "She became unglued."
Dina, who starred on Celebrity Big Brother, confided on the reality show that she'd been in a long Facebook relationship with Jesse.
He exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he wanted to marry Dina, but the relationship ended badly instead.
Financial issues have plagued Dina as well. RadarOnline.com reported in 2018 that a judge had dismissed her bankruptcy case, meaning she wasn't subject to any relief.
Dina had filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy in September 2018. In shocking documents, she claimed to be more than $1 million in debt.
Her daughter Lindsay, 33, flaunted her body in a lacy undies social media photo this weekend.
