Bad news for broke Dina Lohan! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a judge has dismissed her bankruptcy case, meaning she is not subject to any relief.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a New York judge signed off on the dismissal of Dina’s bankruptcy filing after a trustee declared she had “negative cash flow.”
The judge approved the dismissal on Friday, December 21. Court records showed Lindsay Lohan’s mother was notified on December 23 or 24, just before Christmas.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Dina, 53, filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy in September. In the shocking documents, she claimed to be over $1 million in debt.
Lindsay’s troubled mother also reported that her income was just $27,000 per year.
In November, trustee Marianne Derosa filed a motion for a judge to dismiss Dina’s request for relief because the famous mom did “not qualify.”
Derosa also claimed that Dina was not following standard protocol since her filing. The trustee claimed Lindsay's mom failed to make chapter 13 payments as required and never provided a copy of a federal income tax return and monthly operating reports.
Money woes have haunted Dina for years. In 2016, Lindsay’s mom faced foreclosure of her home.
Then, in 2017 Dina was hit with over $8,000 in tax liens.
